All HuBDIC products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

Submit your information below to register your product and receive a 3-month extended limited warranty. Even if you don't register your product, you're still covered by our standard limited 1-year warranty.

Warranty Coverage:

HuBDIC products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase when used in accordance with the HuBDIC user manual. This warranty requires proof of purchase from the official website operated by HuBDIC.

If the product is damaged, does not function properly, or is no longer usable, HuBDIC support team will, at its discretion, send a replacement product of equal or lesser value. We reserve the sole discretion to determine whether to require you to return the purchased product to us before shipping the replacement product. We may require unboxing videos, usage videos, etc. to determine the cause of the damage to the product.

This warranty does not cover:

• Misuse: Damage caused by careless or improper use, including damage caused by incompatible voltages, regardless of whether converters or adapters are used. Please refer to the safety instructions for proper use.
• Mismanagement: General lack of proper care. Please refer to the cleaning and maintenance instructions for proper storage.
• Commercial Use: Damage caused by commercial promotion or use.
• Normal Wear and Tear: Damage or deterioration due to normal use over time. Or battery wear due to long-term storage without use.
• Modified Products: Damage caused by alteration or modification by anyone other than HuBDIC, including removal of rating labels or trademarks.
• Catastrophe: Damage caused by fire, flood, or natural disaster.
• Loss of Interest: Claims for loss of interest or enjoyment.

The 1-year warranty will be extended by 3 months if you register your HuBDIC product within 2 weeks of purchase. Registration is done with proof of purchase. During the registration process, HuBDIC support team, at its discretion, may require proof of purchase, such as a receipt, order number, or place of purchase information.

OTHER LIMITATIONS:

All warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, are limited by the following. If any implied warranty, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, is required by the circumstances, such implied warranty is limited to one (1) year in duration.

This warranty does not cover incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, and HuBDIC shall not be liable for them. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to or inability to use the product, loss of sales or profits, delay or failure to fulfill warranty obligations. THE REMEDIES PROVIDED HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and some countries or provinces do not allow the exclusions or limitations set forth in this warranty, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you depending on the jurisdiction where you purchased it.
